Check and resolve identifiers instead of trusting how they look
A DOI can match the expected character pattern and still be mistyped, unregistered, or attached to a different publication. This tool resolves each identifier and displays the title, authors, source, year, and canonical DOI URL returned by Crossref.
Results reflect registry metadata at lookup time. Some valid identifiers are registered outside Crossref or have incomplete metadata, so a failed lookup should be investigated rather than treated as proof that a work does not exist.
